Background and Experience
I am a native Californian born in Santa Monica, raised in a law enforcement family in Stockton. I am an alumni of California State University, Chico with a B.A. in Biological/Chemical Science. As a collegian I became a lifetime member of the National Sorority of Delta Zeta.
Before entering the real estate profession, I was employed as a lab technician with the State Fish and Game Department, horsemanship instructor with C.A.V.E. at CSUC, clerical assistant with Pacific Bell, salesperson for an aerial photography company, and construction assistant wuth Real Estate Renovation. During these early times I developed my evaluation, organization, and communication skills. As an active member both of the Chico Association of Realtors and Chico Chamber of Commerce, I have acquired technical, practical, and networking skills. Since assessing and evaluating a client's needs are critical, I firmly believe that my success in real estate can be attributed to my well-rounded background.
Over the years I have also become skilled in relocation. I am familiar with the procedures involved in working with relocating buyers and sellers and have always established excellent rapport with the personnel I have worked with. As a W. M. Campbell Real Estate Relocation Specialist, I am very much involved in working with relocating families and their special needs.
My real estate experiences have finely tuned my skill in developing rapport, trust, and communication while meeting my client's demands. I have the patience, tenacity, and desire to work not only with clients who need to sell, purchase or relocate immediately, but also with clients on a long term basis. As a benefit to you, I am able to creatively and positively handle many individual problems and concerns that arise in working with different personalities. These qualities, along with my listening, negotiating, and follow-through skills, have resulted in closed escrows, satisfied customers, and my being in the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Club for the past 18 years as a Top Producer.
I believe that my accomplishments reflect my commitment to professionalism and dedication to providing my clients with the highest degree of personal service.
